Frequently Asked Questions

The Festival begins on Friday 29th June with the gates opening from 2pm and ends Monday 3rd July where we must leave by midday for those who have booked camping tickets. Day ticket entrance is from 9am on Saturday and Sunday 1st -2nd July.

As it is an outdoor event, please make sure you dress appropriately for all weather conditions. For training the usual common-sense rules apply. You are welcome to wear your club uniforms or kit, and we ask you to be respectful to the instructor on the mats and comply with any specific instructions they may have.

We have an exciting mix of great instructors, coaches, and subject matter experts from a wide variety of backgrounds and disciplines. We will be announcing the line-up as we get closer to the event, but we want the event to be the star and it is the experience of the weekend overall that we want our festival goers to focus on. We really hope you can take the opportunity to try new things and share the mats with some great people you may not have heard of yet or styles you have yet to try.

I am afraid not. The entire weekend will be made up of many activities and sessions all running at the same time across the site. We understand some may be more popular than others, but we cannot hold spaces so please allow plenty of time to get around the site to the various areas.

Unfortunately, as the event area is right next to a working rare breed’s farm dogs are not allowed this time at the event. We will remain in talks to see what can be done for future events.

If you hold a full camping ticket for either the glamping, campervan or tent you can access the site from Friday 30st June at 14.00 (2pm) and must vacate no later than 12.00 (noon) on Monday 3rd July

Due to regulations for the event site, we cannot cater for caravans at this time. There are limited campervan spaces which will fill quickly. Please see the booking page for more details.

There will be a large field allocated for car parking adjacent to the main site which will operate on a first come basis. It is then a short walk to the event itself.

Yes, but as it is a family friendly event with lots of bare feet, we recommend that you try to refrain from bringing glass bottles onto the site.

Absolutely. We are working hard to make the festival genuinely family friendly with specific kid’s areas and activities, plus games, competitions, entertainment and more.

The site is very well equipped with toilets, showers, washing stations, food prep areas and communal meeting spaces.

The Glamping pods are incredibly luxurious with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

There is a local supermarket a 5 minute drive away, with the nearest town under 10 minutes.

The site itself is accessed via the main farm entrance. You then drive up a single-track lane to the parking area. There is a short uphill walk to the event itself. The event space is flat and open with easy walk routes through the site although the main site area is grass with limited gravelled roads. The surrounding woodland and forest areas have cleared pathways to the training sites.

We do not expect to have cashpoints on site; however, we will have the option from a lot of our traders for cashless payments (dependant on wi-fi coverage). We would recommend bringing some cash just to be on the safe side.
